DMCFZ100K, VQT2U38, DMC-FZ100 specifications

The Panasonic DMC-FZ100, also known as the DMCFZ100K, is a powerful digital camera that combines advanced technology with user-friendly design, making it an ideal choice for photography enthusiasts. Launched in 2010, the FZ100 stands out due to its impressive features and versatility, catering to a wide range of photography needs.

One of the standout features of the FZ100 is its 24x optical zoom lens, which offers a focal range from 25mm wide-angle to 600mm telephoto. This makes it easy to capture stunning landscapes as well as distant subjects, providing great flexibility in framing shots. The lens is equipped with a maximum aperture of f/2.8 at the wide end, which allows for impressive low-light performance and beautiful background blur, perfect for portrait photography.

The camera is powered by a 12.1-megapixel MOS sensor, which enables high-speed shooting and delivers excellent image quality with vibrant colors and sharp details. Additionally, the FZ100 features Panasonic’s Venus Engine FHD, which enhances image processing speed and reduces noise, allowing users to shoot at higher ISO settings with improved clarity. It supports a maximum ISO of 6400, making it suitable for various lighting conditions.

Another significant aspect of the DMC-FZ100 is its video capabilities. It can record full HD 1080p video at 60 frames per second, making it not only a great still camera but also a robust tool for videographers. The ability to record high-quality audio along with video showcases the camera's comprehensive multimedia capabilities.

The 3.0-inch articulated LCD screen and an electronic viewfinder provide users with multiple shooting options. The LCD can be tilted, which is especially beneficial for capturing shots at unusual angles. The electronic viewfinder offers a clear display of settings, allowing photographers to make adjustments quickly and accurately.

Additionally, the camera comes equipped with various built-in shooting modes, including Intelligent Auto, which optimizes settings automatically, and Manual Mode for photographers who prefer more control over their shots. It also includes features such as Face Detection, Scene Modes, and Red-Eye Reduction, enhancing the user experience.

In summary, the Panasonic DMC-FZ100, or DMCFZ100K, is a versatile and feature-rich camera that perfectly balances advanced technology with user-friendly functionalities. Whether you're capturing high-quality stills or recording vibrant videos, the FZ100 is designed to meet the demands of both amateur and experienced photographers alike.
