Q: when the player cannot be turned on:
A:If MP4 player accidentally freezes when copying/ upgrading/ formatting, you can turn ON the power to allow computer to detect the player as a new hardware device. The software will be installed automatically and the player will be functional after upgrading firmware.

Q:Why can’t the WMA downloaded from internet be played?
A:Some WMA files are copyright protected. The decoding software is not perfect. We suggest you to make WMA yourself. Don’t choose copyright protection when you are making WMA by WMP (windows media player).
