This specially-designed air purifier was created specifically to be mounted on the back of an enclosed cab forklift or truck. Unique to AllerAir's

design, the AirCarbon Cab Protector contains 12 pounds of activated Carbon to filter dangerous chemicals and odors in the air. The Carbon blend can be customized upon order to remove specific chemicals from the air.

As recommended by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), a HEPA filter can be used to minimize the exposure to dangerous airborne particles found in an industrial setting, such as lead dust. The AirCarbon Cab Protector contains

amedical-grade HEPA filter that is 99.97% effective at filtering particles as small as 0.3 microns. By using positive-pressure, it is ensured that the only air that enters the cab is air that passes through all of the filters in the model.

AirCarbon Cab Protector specifications

The AllerAir AirCarbon Cab Protector is an innovative air filtration system designed to enhance indoor air quality in vehicles and enclosed spaces. This unit boasts advanced features and cutting-edge technologies that cater to both commercial and personal use, ensuring that drivers and passengers breathe clean, fresh air during their travels.

One of the standout characteristics of the AirCarbon Cab Protector is its unique carbon filtration system. The unit incorporates activated coconut shell carbon, which is known for its superior adsorption capabilities. This type of carbon effectively captures and neutralizes a wide range of airborne pollutants, including volatile organic compounds (VOCs), odors, and harmful gases. This is particularly beneficial for vehicle interiors that may harbor contaminants from exhaust fumes, cleaning agents, or even passengers.

Another key feature is the multi-stage filtration process. The AirCarbon Cab Protector utilizes a combination of HEPA filters along with the carbon media to enhance purification efficiency. The HEPA filters are capable of trapping microscopic particles, including dust, pollen, and pet dander, which can contribute to respiratory issues. This two-pronged approach to air filtration not only targets odor but also eliminates pathogens, making for a healthier environment inside the vehicle.

The design of the AirCarbon Cab Protector is compact and discreet, ensuring that it doesn’t obstruct the driver’s view while still being powerful enough to create a noticeable difference in air quality. The unit is easy to install, with options for direct mounting or portable use, making it versatile for various vehicle types.

In terms of technology, AllerAir has integrated a quiet operation feature into the AirCarbon model. This means that users can benefit from cleaner air without the distracting noise that some air purifiers produce, allowing for a more enjoyable drive. Additionally, the technology ensures energy efficiency, making it a practical option for longer trips.

In conclusion, the AllerAir AirCarbon Cab Protector combines advanced carbon filtration, multi-stage purification, and practical design to offer an exceptional solution for improving air quality in vehicles. With its ability to capture pollutants, odors, and allergens, this air filtration system is an essential addition for anyone concerned about the air they breathe on the road.
