Open Bixby Home and tap →Voice apps and services, and then tap the BIXBY LABS switch to activate the feature. View apps and voice commands that Bixby Voice is experimenting with at Bixby Labs. If you install the apps the Bixby Labs recommends, you can experience Bixby Voice in more apps.
