WARRANTY INFORMATION
LIMITED
This warranty from Blackmore Mobile shall be in effect for a period of three years from the date of the first consumer purchase. This warranty shall be enforceable by the original owner and any subsequent owners during the warranty period so long as proof of date of purchase from an authorized dealer is presented whenever warranty service is required.
Except as otherwise specified below, this warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship in this product. The following are not covered: damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, product modification, improper installation, incorrect line voltage, unauthorized repair or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product, damage occurring during shipment (claims must be filed with the carrier), elimination of car static or other electrical interferences, any product purchased outside of North America, or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
In order to receive service of this product please return it to the Blackmore Mobile dealer from whom it was purchased and such dealer will service or arrange for service of the product. If shipment of the product is required, it should be packed securely. The original dated bill of sale or a legible copy of it must always be included with the product as proof of warranty coverage.
We will pay for all labor and material expenses required to repair the product, but consumer must pay any labor expense for the removal and installation of the product. If the product is shipped, consumer must prepay the initial shipping charges to us, but Blackmore Mobile will pay the return shipping charges.
All implied or statutory warranties and conditions, including warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes and non- infringement, are limited in duration to the length of this warranty. Blackmore Mobile’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of any defective product and shall not include incidental or consequential economic damages of any kind. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the aforementioned limitations and exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary depending on the state or province that you reside in.
This product incorporates copyright protection technology that is protected by method claims of certain U.S. patents and other intellectual property rights owned by Macrovision Corporation and other rights owners. Use of this copyright protection technology must be authorized by Macrovision Corporation, and is intended for home and other limited viewing uses only unless otherwise authorized by Macrovision Corporation. Reverse engineering or disassembly is prohibited.
