To erase messages all at once

Press Erase.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select erasing all

voice messages (Erase All

Voice?), all document messa ges (Erase All Doc?), or all

voice and fax messages (Erase All Msg.?).

Press Menu/Set.

Press 1 to erase.

—OR—

Press 2 to cancel.

Press Stop/Exit.

Setting Maximum Time for incoming messages

Your machine comes set to r eceive voice messages up to 30

seconds long. You can chan ge this setting to 60, 120 or 180

seconds.

Press Menu/Set, 2, 7, 2.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select the maximum

time setting for incomin g messages (30, 60, 120 or 180

seconds).

Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
