Printing data directly from t he USB flash memory drive 2
aConnect your USB flash memory d rive to the USB Direct Interface (1) on the front of the printer.
When the printer has recognized the USB flash memory drive, the LCD shows the following message.

bThe folder names or the file names will be shown on the LC D. Press the + or - button to choose the folder
name or file name and press OK. If y ou do not need to change the curren t default settings, press Go and
go to Step d.

• The file names will be shown after yo u choose a folder and press OK. If y ou want to choose a file in ano ther
folder, press back to return to the folder name. And th en press the + or - button to choose a different folde r.
• If you want to print an index of the files, choose Index Print. The Index Print selection can be found
after you scroll down through all the file names. Press OK or Go.
