Troubleshooting Guide
If a problem occurs with the camera, first refer to this Troubleshooting Guide. If this Troubleshooting Guide does not resolve the problem, contact your dealer or nearest Canon Service Center.
A computer, printer, GPS receiver, or other device cannot be used with a cable connection.
Set [Wi-Fi] to [Disable]. If [Wi-Fi] is set to [Enable], even when the camera is connected to a computer, printer, GPS receiver, or other device via an interface cable, the device cannot be used (p.17).
[Wi-Fi] cannot be set to [Enable].
[Wi-Fi] cannot be set to [Enable] if the camera is connected to a computer, printer, GPS receiver, or other device via an interface cable (p.17).
If [Multiple exposure] is set to [Enable], multiple exposure shooting is given priority and Wi-Fi function cannot be used. Even though [Wi-Fi] is set to [Enable], options for the Wi-Fi function will be grayed out and the function is not available.
