Setting the Length of the Bottom Margin
You can adjust the length of the bottom margin for colour copying and colour reception.
The default margin length is NORMAL (26 mm).
Follow this procedure to set the length of the bottom margin:
1Press Function.
2Press Data Registration.
3Press Set.
4Use dor uto select PRINTER SETTINGS.
5Press Set.
6Use dor uto select BOTTOM MARGIN.
7Press Set.Ex:
8Use dor uto select the length of the Ex:
bottom margin for colour copying and colour
reception.
• You can select from the following:
–NORMAL
The bottom margin is 26 mm (larger than
the bottom margin of a black & white printed
page).
–SMALLER
The bottom margin is 7 mm (same length as
the bottom margin of a black & white printed
page).
9Press Set.
10 Press Stop to return to standby mode. Ex: 15:00 FaxOnly
