Cancelling Sending
Follow this procedure if you want to stop sending a document before transmission is
completed:
■Cancel manual sending via the handset as follows:
1Press Stop.
• The transmission is cancelled.
• The MultiPASS prints an ERROR TX REPORT.

■Cancel memory sending as follows:
1Press Stop.
• The MultiPASS asks you to confirm that you
want to cancel sending.
2Press Tto cancel sending.
• Sending is not cancelled until you press T.
• If you change your mind and want to continue
sending, press #.
• To cancel transmission of a document waiting
to be sent, you will have to delete it from
memory. (1p. 7-19)
• The MultiPASS prints an ERROR TX REPORT.

nWhen you cancel sending, you may need to open the operation panel to remove the
document from the ADF. (1p. 13-3)
