The cursor moves erratically and/or some characters appear on the screen when you are not using the mouse or keyboard.
There may be some interference from other nearby computers. This may be due to similar radio frequencies being used in some systems.
Do the following:
•Change the default device channel.
a.Press the Connect button on the RF receiver.
b.Press the Connect button on the mouse or keyboard.
For more information on the radio frequency, refer to "Technical Specifications" on page
•Change the default device ID.
a.Press the Connect button on the RF receiver.
b.Press and hold the Connect button on the mouse or keyboard for at least two seconds.
