STEP 12 Read the Privacy Policy screen, then touch the check box at the bottom left, then touch Next.
STEP 13 Read the End User License Agreement screen, then touch the check box at the bottom left, then touch Next.
STEP 14 Touch the gray area next to First on the name screen.
STEP 15 The keyboard screen will appear. Enter your first name using the keys on the screen, then touch Save.
STEP 16 Repeat steps 14 and 15 for your last name and
