– External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
– Servicing not authorized by Dell
– Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
– Failure to follow th e product instructions or failure to perform prev entive maintenance
– Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Dell
• Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
• Products for which we have not received payment
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS

How long does this limited warranty last?
This limited warranty lasts for the time period indicat ed on your packing slip or invoice, except that the li mited
warranty on Dell-branded batteries lasts only one year and the limited warranty on the lamps for Dell-branded
projectors lasts only ninety days. The limited warranty begins on the date of the packing s lip or invoice. The
warranty perio d is not exte nded if we repair or rep lace a war ranted pro duct or an y parts. De ll may chan ge the term s
and availability of limited warranties, a t its discretion, but any change s will not be retroactive (that is, the warranty
terms in place at the time of purchase will apply to your purchase).
