If the warranty period has expired, we offer repair services for equipment you have purchased
from Eaton Corporation. Call and ask for a Customer service agent. It is important to contact us
first as many problems may be resolved with a phone call. Please have the serial number of the
unit and nature of the problem available before you call. If it is determined that the equipment
has failed and you want Eaton Corporation to perform the repairs, we will issue you a RMA
number. Ship the unit prepaid in the original container or a container of sufficient strength and
protection to Eaton Corporation. Eaton Corporation will not be responsible for damage incurred
during shipping to us. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Eaton Corporation.
Be sure the RMA number is clearly identified on the shipping container. After the equipment has
been received we will evaluate the nature of the problem and contact you with the cost to repair
(parts and labor) and an estimate of the time necessary to complete the work.
Limitation of Liability
The remedies provided herein are Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies. Eaton Corporation shall
not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based
on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
