Installing the Printer Software in Your Macintosh
After connecting the printer to your M acintosh, you are ready to
install the printer software included in the “Printer Software for
EPSON Stylus Photo 750” CD-ROM shipped with your printer.
Your printer software includes:
❏EPSON Printer Driver Package
SP750
This is the printer driver software that runs y our printer. With
it, you can make settings such as media type, p ri nt q uality,
speed, and paper size.
EPSON Monitor3
Monitors and manages background printing jobs. You must
turn on background pri nting in th e Choo ser to use th is ut ility .
StatusMonitor
Keeps track of the current status of your printer, and alerts
you when printer errors occur.
Nozzle Check
Checks the print head for clogging.
Head Cleaning
Cleans the print head to maintain the best print quality.
Print Head Alignment
Adjusts the print head so that vertical and horizontal lines are
aligned.
ColorSync 2.0 and Profiles
Matches the colors in your printo ut with the colors displayed
on your screen automa tical ly. Use this when pr inting scanned
photographs or computer graphics.
