Printing is too slow.

It takes a few moments for PictureMate to process your images before printing them.

If PictureMate is in a hot or sunny location, move it to a cooler place and try printing again.

For faster printing, try these tips:

Don’t print more than 40 pictures at a time.

Photos with borders print faster than borderless photos.

Turn off special features such as color effects and red-eye reduction.

JPEG photo files print faster than TIFF files.

Software Installation Problems

Follow the instructions beginning on page 34 to install your software. Don’t connect PictureMate to your computer until you are instructed to.

Close other programs, including screen savers and virus protection software, and try installing again.

Make sure your system meets the requirements listed in your on-screen User’s Guide.

To print over a network, see the on-screen User’s Guide for instructions on setting up printing.
