3. Hold down the
Rcleaning button for three seconds. The
print head moves left to the ink cartridge replacement
position, and the
Ppower light begins flashing.
cCaution:
Do not move the print head by hand as this may damage the
printer. Always use the
Rcleaning button to move it.
Note:
If you press the
Rcleaning button for three seconds when the
Bblack and
Acolor ink out lights are off, the printer starts cleaning
the print head.
4. Lift up the clamp that holds the ca rtridge you want to replace
as far as it will go. The cartridge rises partly out of the
cartridge holder.
The illustration shows color ink
cartridge replacement. To
replace the black ink cartridge,
lift up only the smaller clamp on
the left.
