Installing the Quick Release Bracket

1Align the bracket ➊ on the back of the Forerunner.

2Insert the long piece of the pin ➋ through the Foreunner and the bracket.

3Using the double screwdriver method shown above, insert the smaller pin piece ➌ in the other side of the Forerunner.

4 Tighten the pin securely.

5 Repeat steps 1–4 for the other side of the bracket.

Your Forerunner and the bracket are now one moveable unit.

Installing the Forerunner on the Quick Release Wristband

1Align the tabs on the back of the bracket ➊ with the notches on the wristband ➋.
