9.Time Shi ft
Press the Button to pau se the pr ogram yo u are
watching to activate Time Shift function. The below
menu will be displayed. This Menu will auto disappear
after several seconds.

Available Time
Choose the ▶ option and press OK to resume playin g, and a
white play icon will appear at the right of the screen, which
shows that ti me shif t is bein g perfo rmed.
When the menu disappeared,press the▶ button,the m enu
will appear again. To stoptime shifting, press the Stop Button
or move the cursor to select the Stop option when the menu
is on, and then f ollow t he pop- up guid e.
Ensure the storage device used for recording is
inserted in to the US B Input o n the bac k of the un it and is
compatibl e for reco rding . If your s torage d evice i s not
compatibl e, you wil l be aske d to form at it. In S etup me nu,
enter the PVR Fi le Syst em subm enu and s elect D evice
List to format your device.
All the functions (Play, FB, FF, Pause and Stop) in the menu
can only be per form ed when t he menu i s on.
Record file Playback
The Haier TV re cords th e progr am on the U SB stic k in *.ts
format "Tim e Shift ". If anoth er TV, PC, La ptop, D VD, or
any other dev ice or pe riphe rals do n ot supp ort or
recognise t he *.ts ( time sh ift) fi le then i t will no t play.
"ts" is the format used to broadcast high-definition TV.
You can play "ts " files o n a compu ter or laptop with the
correct sof tware . Refer t o the Int ernet o r or an IT
supplier more information about the most appropriate
software.

the USB Input o n the bac k of the un it and is c ompat ible
for recordin g. If you r stora ge devi ce is not co mpati ble,
you will be asked to format it. Enter the PVR File System
menu and select Device List to format your device.
During reco rding, o nly the S top fun ction s is
available.
There will be no re cord fu nctio n,whe n the cha nnel is
CI+ channel.
There will be no Timeshift function when the
channel is CI+ channel.
