MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Follow the hourly or calendar intervals, whichever occurs first. More frequent service will be required if working for prolonged periods under dusty, dry conditions, or when airborne debris is present or after extensive operation cutting tall, dry grass.
AFTER FIRST 5 HOURS
lChange engine oil
EVERY 5 HOURS OR DAILY
lCheck oil level
lRemove grass debris from around engine, muffler / muffler guard and air ways in the top cowl
lRemove grass debris from top and underside of deck housing
lRemove grass debris from the grassbag and check for signs of damage
lCheck condition of guards and safety devices
lCheck condition of cutterbar
EVERY 25 HOURS OR EVERY SEASON
lChange engine oil if continuously operating under heavy load or high ambient temperature
lLubricate wheels, pivot points and linkages
lGrease inner control cables at point of entry and exit from their outer casings
lCheck clutch cable adjustment
lSharpen cutterbar
