USING THE BUILT-IN CAMERA LIGHT (only for VM-2700A)

Use the built-in camera light it you wish to shoot objects in dark places. When the "LIGHT" switch is set to "AUTO", the camera light turns on automatically when the camera/recorder is pointed at objects in a dark place and turns off when it is pointed at objects in a bright place.

CAUTION: The power consumption of the built-in camera light is about a half that of the camera/recorder. Therefore, if the camera light is turned on when a fully charged battery pack is attached, the operating time of the battery falls to about a half.

1.Make sure that a fully charged battery pack or AC adaptor/charger is attached.

2.Set the "POWER" switch to "CAM" and then set the "LIGHT" switch to "AUTO" when required.

NOTE: When the "LIGHT" switch is set on "ON", the camera light will turn on whenever you make a recording.

CAUTION:

•Turn the camera light on only when you need it, otherwise the operating time of the battery pack is shortened due to the power consumption of the camera light.

•When the "LIGHT" switch is set to "AUTO", the camera light does not turn on unless a cassette is loaded.

CAUTION: Do not hold the unit by the built-in camera light when carrying as this could cause a malfunction.
