To Qualify for this Warranty:
The accessories, replacement parts, or apparel must be purchased in the United
States, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands from American Honda or a dealer
authorized by AmericanHonda to sellthose products.
You mustbe the firstretail purchaser. Thiswarranty is not transferableto
subsequent owners.
What American Honda will Repair or Replace Under Warranty:
American Honda will repair or replace, at its option, any power equipment accessories,
replacement parts, or apparelthat are proven to be defective in material or workmanship
under normal use during the applicablew arrantytime period. Any thingreplaced under
warranty becomes the propertyof American Honda Motor Company, Inc. All parts
replaced under warranty will be considered as part ofthe original product and any
warranty on those partswill ex pirecoincident with the original product warranty.
Accessories andreplacement parts, installedby a dealer whois authorized by
American Honda to sell them, will be repaired or replaced under warranty without
charge forparts or labor.If installed by anyoneelse, accessories and replacement
parts will be repaired or replaced under warranty without chargefor parts, butany
labor chargeswill be theresponsibility of the purchaser.
Apparel will be repaired or replaced under warranty withoutany charge.
To Obtain Warranty Service:
You must take the Honda Power Equipment accessory,replacement part, apparel or
the powerequipment on whichthe accessory or replacementpart is installed,and
proof of purchase, at your expense, to any Honda Power Equipment dealer in the
United States, Puerto Rico,or the U.S. Virgin Islands who is authorized to service that
product, during the dealer’s normal business hours. If you are unable to obtain
warranty service, orare dissatisfied withthe warranty service youreceive, take the
following steps: First, contact the owner of the dealership involved; normally this will
resolve the problem. However, if you should require further assistance, writeor call
the Power Equipment Customer RelationsDepartment of American Honda Motor Co.,
