Purchasing additional HelpWare services

During and after the warranty period for your computer, you can purchase additional HelpWare services. Our Enhanced PC Support service includes assistance with the following items:assistance with installing, configuring, and using selected applicationsusing the operating systemsetting up and using multimedia drivers

You can purchase support in the following ways

900 number
In the United States and Canada, to receive immediate support from an IBM PC HelpCenter technical support representative you can call the 900 number. Your local telephone company will bill you by the minute for each call. Persons under age 18 must have permission of a parent or legal guardian prior to placing the call.
