Multiply High Halfword to Word Unsigned
(RT)0:31← (RA)16:31 × (RB)16:31 unsigned
Thelow-order halfword of RA is multiplied by the low-order halfword of RB, considering both source operands
as unsigned integers. The 32-bit result is placed into register RT.
