Setting up your boombox

Powering your boombox

Your boombox can be powered by either the included AC Adapter, or by
using six ā€œCā€ sized alkaline batteries (not included). Your boombox only
operates on batteries if the AC adapter is unplugged.

Installing the batteries

To install the batteries:
1Open the battery compartment on the bottom of your bo ombox.
2Place six ā€œCā€ size alkaline batteries (not included) into the battery
compartment. Make sure to match the + and - on each battery to the +
and - signs in the battery compartment.

1Track or file number,
playing time, and
operating information
Displays the currently playing track or file number, elapsed playing
time, and other operating information.
2 Sound source Displays the current sound source that is playing on your boombox.
3 Play mode indicator Displays the play mode selected: REPEAT, REPEAT ALL, RANDOM.
4 Low battery indicator Lights when the batteries are low and need to be replaced.
5 Stereo indicator Lights when your boombox detects a strong FM signal when you are
tuning to radio stations.
6 Sound mode Lights to indicate the currently selected sound mode.
