When this function is set to “MONO”, the Standard (monaural) audio programmes will be

This function works only on NICAM bilingual programme.

16BIT: Audio Dubbing later is impossible but recorded sound quality is higher than

Select the appropriate mode when playing back an audio-dubbed programme on the HDD deck.
SOUND1: Original recorded sound
SOUND2: Audio-dubbed sound
MIX: Original recorded sound and Audio-dubbed sound
NOTES:
●When “AUDIO MODE” is set to “MIX”, both the main and sub audio tracks will be audible on
bilingual tapes.
●To select only the main audio or only the sub audio track on bilingual tapes, set “AUDIO MODE” to
“SOUND1”.
