From the JPEG CONTROL display
During JPEG CONTROL display is shown
1Make sure that the black (cursor) bar is in the
left (Group) column.
If it is in the right column, press 2 to move it to the
left column.
2Use 5/∞ to move the bar to a desired Group.
On the right column, files in the selected Group are
shown.
When selecting a Group, file 1 is initially selected
(highlighted).
3Use 4/¢ to select a desired file.
4Press 3.
The slide show starts from the specified file.
Direct selection
During playback or while stopped
1Press TITLE/GROUP.
“--” is shown in the Group display area of the
display window.
(Example for the indication of display window)
2Use the numeric buttons to specify a desired
Group number.
• To select a number between 1 and 10:
Press the corresponding button for the number.
• To select a number higher than 10:
Use the +10 button.
Examples:
To select 13: +10 → 3
To select 34: +10 → +10 → +10 → 4
To select 40: +10 → +10 → +10 → 10
Specify the Group number within several seconds
after pressing TITLE/GROUP (i.e. while the display
window shows “--” for the Group number, instead
of the current Group number).
3Use the numeric buttons to specify a desired
Track number.
You can specify the Track number according to the
order in the JPEG CONTROL display. You must
specify a Track number within 5 seconds after
carrying out step 2.
The unit starts slide show playback from the
specified Track. If you do not specify a Track
number, the unit starts slide show playback from
the first Track in the Group.
• You can skip a file in the slide show by using 4/¢ or
5/∞.
• You can select a file in the current group by using the
numeric buttons.

NOTES
• To stop slide show playback (to dismiss the picture) in
the middle of the slide show playback:
Press 7 or MENU.
The TV screen returns to the JPEG CONTROL display.
Pressing 3 resumes slide show playback from the last
picture you opened.
• To keep showing a current picture during the slide show
Press 8 or ENTER.
The picture does not change to the next picture.
Pressing 3 resumes the slide show playback from the
next picture.
• If a black screen appears continuously in the slide show
playback:
The file currently played may be non-baseline JPEG file.
In this case, select a playable file (a baseline JPEG file)
again (e.g., pressing 7 or MENU to open the JPEG
CONTROL display, etc.).
Note that it may take a long time to select another file.
