Q Kenwood Media Application does not recognize the player.

The player may not be recognized if it is connected with the PC through a USB hub.

Audio data that cannot be played on the player cannot be transferred to it.

Ensure that the audio data you attempt to transfer is playable before transfer.

Disconnection of the player may fail when a drive or file in it is opened using Kenwood Media

Application or the Explorer. Exit from these applications before retrying the disconnection.
