125 g sianlihaa

1⁄2 dl (25 g) kuivia leivänmuruja

1 muna

1teelusikallinen yrttisuolaa

1 ruokalusikallinen öljyä

21⁄2 dl (70 g) viipaloituja tuoreita sieniä

3 dl lihalientä

1ruokalusikallinen maissitärkkelystä

1⁄2 teelusikallista basilikaa

1⁄4 teelusikallista pippuria

LIHAPULLAT

Laita sipuli kannuun. Peitä ja sekoita nopeudella 5-8 sekuntia tai kunnes sipuli on tasaista silppua. Lisää joukkoon muut aineet. Käytä Pulse-painiketta ja sekoita nopeudella 4-5 kertaa 8-10 sekunnin pätkissä. Kaavi reunat jos tarpeen. Muotoile liha halkaisijaltaan 4 cm kokoisiksi pulliksi.

Lämmitä öljy suuressa Teflonpannussa miedolla lämmöllä. Lisää lihapullat. Paista 5-8 minuuttia tai kunnes lihapullat ovat kauniin ruskeita. Käännä välillä.

Lihapullien paistuessa pese tehosekoitin saippualla ja kokoa se uudelleen. Laita sienet, liemi, maissitärkkelys, basilika ja pippuri sekoittimeen. Sekoita 5 sekuntia tai kunnes sienet ovat palasina. Lisää seos lihapullien sekaan pannulle. Paista välillä sekoittaen kunnes ruoka kiehuu. Vähennä lämpöä. Paista 8-10 minuuttia tai kunnes kastike on paksua ja lihapullat ovat kypsiä. Tarjoile riisin tai perunoiden kanssa.
