Editor/PlugInEditor,pleaseseethe“PS60Editor/PlugIn
EditorUser’sGuide”.

Allowing installation of drivers that are not

digitally signed (Windows XP only)

Ifthecomputeryou’reusinghasbeensettoforbidthe
installationofanydriversthatarenotdigitallysigned,
youwon’tbeabletoinstalltheKORGUSBMIDIdriveror
theFireWireAudio/MIDIdriver.Proceedasfollowsto
changethissettingsothatyou’llbeabletoinstallthe
drivers.
1. Fromthetaskbar,click[Start][ControlPanel]to
accessthecontrolpanel.
2. Inthecontrolpanelwindow,doubleclick[System],
andthenclickthe[Hardware]tab.
3. In“Drivers,”click[DriverSigning].
4. Inthe“WhatactiondoyouwantWindowstotake?”
area,choose[Ignore]or[Warn],andthenclick[OK].
Ifnecessary,youcanchangethissettingbacktoits
originalstateafteryou’veinstalledtheKORGUSB
MIDIdriver.
Installation in Mac OS X

Installing the software

You’l lneedtoruntheinstallerseparatelyforeach
softwareitemsuchastheKORGUSBMIDIdriverandthe
PS60Editor/PlugInEditortoinstallthemoneatatime.
1. InserttheincludedaccessorydiscintotheCDROM
driveofyourcomputer.
2. Ontheaccessorydisc,doubleclickthesoftware
installer(.pkg)tostartuptheinstaller.
Eachinstallerislocatedinthefollowingfolder.
•KORGUSBMIDIdriver
“KORGUSBMIDIDRIVER”folderKORGUSB
MIDIDRIVER.pkg
•PS60Editor
“PS60Editor”folderPS60EditorInstaller.pkg
3. Followtheonscreeninstructionstoinstalleachitem
ofsoftware.
IfyouintendtousethePS60withthecomputerviathe
USBport,you’llneedtoinstalltheKORGUSBMIDI
driveronyourcomputer.
WhenthePS60Editor/PlugInEditorhasbeen
installedsuccessfully,restartyourcomputer.OnMac
OSX,thestandaloneversionandthepluginversion
areeachinstalledintheirownfolder.
