2Flex the sheets back and forth to loosen them, and then fan them. Do not fold or crease the paper. Straighten the
edges on a level surface.
3Reload paper into the multipurpose feeder.
4Slide the paper guide until it rests ligh tly against the edge of the paper.
5From the printer control panel, touch Done to clear the me ssage and continue printing.
[x]‑page jam, open mailbox rear door. Leave paper in
bin. [4yy.xx]
1Open the rear mailbox door, firmly grasp the jammed paper, and then gently pull it out.
Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed.
