Trouble 4: Oven operates with little or no heat.

Check the power supply voltage.
Lower than 
90% of rated voltage.

Customer must 
contact local
power
company or
qualified electrician.
Disconnect wire leads 
from relay RY2 and
verify on and off times.
Measure the output power.

Replace controller.

NOTE: Simple test of power output can be conducted by heating one liter of water for one minute. Refer to Power Test on page 24 of this manual.
