WARNING
Any person who is involved in wiring shoul d be fully competent to do the work.
Before wiring, turn off the power and wait for 15 minutes or more until the charge
lamp turns off. Then, confirm that the voltage between P and N is safe with a
voltage tester and others. Otherwise, an elec tric shock may occur. In addition,
always confirm from the front of the servo am plifier whether the charge lamp is off
or not.
Ground the servo amplifier and the servo motor s ecurely.
Do not attempt to wire the servo amplifier and s ervo motor until they have been
installed. Otherwise, you may get an electric shock.
The cables should not be damaged, stressed ex cessively, loaded heavily, or
pinched. Otherwise, you may get an electric shock.
CAUTION
Wire the equipment correctly and securely. Ot herwise, the servo motor may
misoperate, resulting in injury.
Connect cables to correct terminals to prevent a b urst, fault, etc.
Ensure that polarity ( , ) is correct. Otherwise, a burst, damage, etc. m ay occur.
The surge absorbing diode installed to the DC r elay designed for control output
should be fitted in the specified directio n. Otherwise, the signal is not output due to
a fault, disabling the forced stop(EM1) and other protective circuits.

Use a noise filter, etc. to minimize the influe nce of electromagnetic interference,
which may be given to electronic equipment used near the servo am plifier.
Do not install a power capacitor, surge suppres sor or radio noise filter (FR-BIF
option) with the power line of the servo motor.
When using the regenerative resistor, switch power off with the alarm signal.
Otherwise, a transistor fault or the like ma y overheat the regenerative resistor,
causing a fire.
Do not modify the equipment.
During power-on, do not open or close the motor p ower line. Otherwise, a
malfunction or faulty may occur.
POINT
CN1A, CN1B, CN2 and CN3 have the same shape. Wrong connection of
the connectors will lead to a failure. Connect them correctly.
