This television is design ed to conform to IEEE 1394 AV/C Software st andards in effect at the t ime of
development. This excitin g new networking and control te chnology is designed to prov ide high-performance
digital connections a nd product control, maki ng the product easier to use.
Mitsubishi D-VHS VCRs are fu lly compatible with thi s TV in audio, video, and contr ol.
As other manufacturer s distribute products t hat use the IEEE 1394 AV/C standards , they will be responsible
for developing products t hat meet the standards of t he technology, as well as compati bility testing with oth er
products. Mitsubis hi cannot be responsible f or their efforts, and t herefore cannot promise c ompatibility with
these other products . Any compatibility pro blems with other manufact urers products shoul d be brought to the
attention of those manu facturers.
The HDMI input is complia nt with EIA-861B standards fo r standard, extended an d high definition video, dig ital
audio and HDCP copy protecti on. HDMI input 1, however, is not intended for use w ith personal computers o r
