receive a message

When you receive a new message, your
phone plays an alert. Also, the display shows
Newmessage
with a message indicator, such as
É
, and
the Home screen messaging plug-in is updated.
Press the
View
key to open the message.
To see all of your messages:

Once you are logged in, a list of your IM contacts is
displayed showing their online status.

add IM contacts
to your list, press

open an active conversation
, scroll to the contact
in the list and press

switch between conversations

while viewing a conversation.

end a conversation

You can leave the instant messaging application at
any time and remain logged in. When you receive a
new instant message, your phone plays an alert and
shows
Newinstantmessage
. Press
View
to open the
message.
