Check These items
The power cable is disconnected.
• The lamp unit cover has not been replaced.
The lamp is blown.
• The air filter has not been replaced.
• The temperature inside your projector is too high. For protection, the
lamp does not light.
• The lamp usage time has exceeded 1500 hours.
• Selected input device is not connected.
• Cable from input device not connected correctly.
"Brightness" or "Contrast" in the "Image adjustment" menu is set
fully to the negative side.
Check the functions of the personal computer.
•Your projector is not positioned correctly.
The keystoning is set.
•Focus not adjusted.
The projection distance should be within the limit of the lens' focal
range.
The keystoning is set.
Adjust the PHASE under "Sync adjustment" menu.
Press the AUTO
SYNC button of the remote control and perform "Sync
adjustment".
Is the setting in the "Sync adjustment" menu correct?
Adjust the PHASE under "Sync adjustment" menu.
• The volume control is set fully to the negative side.
•Cracking sounds are emitted when the cabinet expands or shrinks
slightly due to changes in temperature. These sounds do not affect
performance.
• Follow the procedure described in Protection from Overheating.
• The air filter is missing.
• Batteries exhausted or worn out.
• The remote control sensor is radiated by other lights such as
lighting.
The remote control sensor on your projector is obscured.
•Inverter equipment is near.
