6.Under Job Name, enter a job name of up to 16 characters. If required, select Request Job Name for each print job.

7.Type in a four digit personal ID number from 0000 to 7777.
8.Click OK.
9.Enter the number of copies.
10.If required, select Collate.

11.Click OK to close the Properties dialog box.
12.Print the document. The document is stored on the printer’s hard disk.
13.Go to the printer. Use the front panel to print the document. See below.
