Press LF / Micro Feed Down to decrease the space (move
Top of Form higher). The paper moves down.
Press FF/LOAD / Micro Feed Up to increase the space
(move Top of Form lower). The paper moves up.

shield (7) on the printhead.

4Keep holding SHIFT and press QUIET/TOF a few times to
set the Top of Form.
5When Top of Form is at the correct position, release all
keys.
6Press SEL/MENU to place the printer on line.
!If you turn the platen knob when the printer is turned
on, you will cause the Top of Form to mis-align. Always
turn the printer off before turning the platen knob!
!For information on resetting the Top of Form to the
factory default, refer to “Using Your Printer, Top of
Form, Reset Top of Form to Factory Default.”
