Power on

Rotate the ON/OFF switch to the ON position to turn the camera on.
• When the camera is turned on, the monitor will turn on.
• To turn the camera off, rotate the ON/OFF switch to OFF.

Set the mode dial to A.
Viewfinder (P. 30)
The viewfinder turns
on and the monitor
turns off automatically
when you put your
eye to the viewfinder.
