Search the Global directory services (LDAP).
Search the Local address book.
•Email addresses, and fax numbers can be searched.
•Select “Local” to return to the address book search screen.
•If there are more than 100 matches, a dialog box opens asking you if you want to continue new search. Select “Yes” to continue searching. To abort the search with 100 matches, select “No”.
•A message appears if an error occurs while searching.
•To add the found Email Address into the address book, select “Add to Local”. Enter the entry name, and then select “OK”.
