■Printing Out a Confidential Document

After you have been notified that someone has transmitted a confidential document to your machine's mailbox, use the following procedure to print the confidential document.

•If you make a mistake, press Clear key to delete entries one digit at a time.

NOTE

1.The confidential file will be erased automatically after being printed, even if the setting of Fax Parameter No. 042 (Conf. File Save) is changed to "Valid". (See page 169)
