Recording a memo message

If you are going out and want to leave a private message for someone, you can record a voice memo in the unit. This can be played back later, either directly or remotely, like other messages.

1	Open the station key panel.	Station key panel

2	Press MEMO/2WAY REC .
	Press MEMO/2WAY REC .
¥	● A long beep will sound.

Basic operations

3	Speak clearly into the microphone.
4	When finished, press STOP .

Recording a telephone conversation

While you are talking with the handset, the telephone conversation can be recorded.

1	During the telephone conversation, open the station
1	key panel.
2	Press MEMO/2WAY REC .

3	To stop recording, press	STOP or hang up.

Note:

● There may be legal restrictions in your state on recording two way telephone conversations. The other party should be informed that the conversation is being recorded.
