Recording Movies
This mode lets you take movies. Sound is recorded at the same time.
1 Set the mode dial to C.
Before starting recording, you can change the captured area using the optical zoom.
Press the Zoom/w/x button to the right or left to change the area.
x: enlarges the subject
w: enlarges the area captured by the camera
2 Press the shutter release button fully.

When the image quality is set to 640×480, the digital and optical zooms cannot be used after starting recording. Set the desired zoom magnification before starting recording.
