Press the 4 button.

The Quality Level options screen appears. The number of size is selected automatically according to the size of the trimmed section.

Select the Quality Level.

Use the four-way controller (5) to display

the pull-down menu, then use the four-way controller (23) to choose a quality level and press the 4 button.

You cannot select a higher quality than that of the original image.

Press the 4 button.

The trimmed image is saved with a new file name.

•Movies cannot be trimmed.

•Press the shutter release button halfway to cancel trimming and return to Amode, or press the Q button to return to Playback mode in Step 8 above.
