Problems Solution
LED is not lighting Check the power button, adapter, and connection.
No response of remote control or button Press power button on frame to reboot and check again
There is no file detection when memory card is
inserted. Photos are not detected
Check to see if memory card is inserted correctly. Invalid JPEG
format files will not be seen.
“Not enough memory” pop-up There is not enough memory to copy files. Please delete un-needed
files and try again.
Photo, music, and/or movie cannot play, stop, or
blocked from playing
The file format is not compatible or is a corrupted file. Please replace
with correct file. Power off and on to recover operation.
Part of photo not displayed Most pictures taken by 4:3 can be fully displayed. Pictures without
4:3 ratios may not display part of it.
Clock is not correct or not operating Battery is consumed, must be replaced.
Remote control is not working Battery is consumed, must be replaced.
Picture is too dark Please use dimmer volume control.
