To check the ReadiVoice processes:
1Open a Telnet session to the CACS as user cnow and switch user to root
(or log into the CACS as root and use an XTerm window).
2Change directories to
/rahome
and enter
./racheck
for a brief
summary, or
./check
more detail.
The system should show the required ReadiVoice processes running, as
shown in Figure4-1. Additional processes may also be listed.
You can also check the processes using the ReadiVoice Administration
interface. See “Checking System Status” on page71.
3If all required processes aren’t running, follow the procedure in
“Stopping and Restarting ReadiVoice Processes” on page111.
