A távvezérlŒ számgombjaival közvetlenül elérheti a kívánt filmet, fejezetet vagy lejátszási pozíciót.

Itt lehet elérni a kívánt filmet, ha több is van a lemezen.

Például, ha több film van a DVD-n, itt mindegyik megjelenik.

A legtöbb DVD lemezen fejezetekre vannak tagolva a filmek (mint ahogy a zenei CD-k is sávokra vannak osztva), hogy könnyebben meg lehessen találni a kívánt helyet.

Itt adott idŒponttól lehet elkezdeni a lejátszást. Hivatkozásképpen meg kell adni a kezdési idŒpontot. Egyes lemezeken nem mõködik az idŒ szerinti keresés.

Minél nagyobb a fájl mérete, annál jobb a megjelenítési felbontás.

A kis felbontású fájlok automatikusan igazodnak a képernyŒ méretéhez. Ezáltal ezek is kitöltik a képernyŒt.
