Setting training levels
1. From the running screen, tap CoachingTraining effect to set the exercise intensity. Follow
the displayed instructions and complete the exercises. Stop exercising when you achieve the required
intensity.
Use the training levels to che ck the intensity of your wo rkout. When you set a traini ng level, you can
monitor your exercise rate and t he number of calories you bur ned.
Exercise intensity is c alculated based on your phy sical profile, heart ra te measurement data, an d
the level of difficult y of the exercise.
2. On the Home screen, tap ExerciseRunning.
3. Tap Coaching.
4. Tap Coaching to set Training Effect, duration, and maximum heart rate.
The following describes each TE level:
Easy: Maintain general healt h and improve your enduranc e.
Moderate: Maintain your basal fit ness level and improve your ca rdiovascular enduranc e.
Improving: Improve your basal fitness level and cardiovascular endurance.
Important! When you set less exercise time than the d esignated Training Effect, the exerc ise intensity is
increased to match the training ef fect.
If you feel abnormality in the bo dy during use of coaching, you sho uld stop using this function.
