Hot Keys

Internet key :

Runs Internet Explorer.

E-mail key :

Runs the Internet e-mail client program (Example: Outlook

 

Express).

User Button (User 1): You can launch a frequently used program by pressing the button. By default, Windows Calculator is configured to be launched when you press this button.

WLAN Button or User 2 Button : Turns wireless LAN function on and off. In the mod- els without wireless LAN, you can use this button as User button.

Note Using Wireless LAN Button

Loading or unloading wireless LAN driver takes about 5 seconds. Therefore, if you turn wireless LAN on/off using the wireless LAN button, the button does not work for 5 seconds. (For wireless LAN installed models)

Changing the launch program of the user button

1.Double click the Key Define Utility icon( ) on the Taskbar.

2.Click Browser in the user field.

Note In the models with wireless LAN installed, you cannot change the config- uration of the User 2 button.

3.Select the desired program in [Open], and then click Open (e.g. Windows Paint).

4.Click OK to save the configuration.
