c. Rozpoznání řeči. Pokud software obsahuje součásti pro rozpoznávání řeči, berete na vědomí, že rozpoznávání řeči je statistický proces a při tomto procesu může docházet k chybám v rozpoznávání. Ani Společnost ani společnost Microsoft ani jejich dodavatelé nebudou odpovědní za žádné škody vyplývající z chyb v procesu rozpoznávání řeči.

d. Funkce telefonu. Pokud software přístroje obsahuje funkci telefonu, všechny nebo některé části softwaru přístroje nemusejí fungovat, pokud nemáte a neudržujete účet u poskytovatele bezdrátových telekomunikačních služeb („Mobilní operátor“) nebo pokud síť Mobilního operátora nefunguje nebo není konfigurována tak, aby s přístrojem fungovala.

3.ROZSAH LICENCE. Na software je poskytována licence, není prodáván.

Tato smlouva vám pouze poskytuje některá práva na používání softwaru. Společnost a společnost Microsoft si vyhrazují všechna ostatní práva. Pokud vám platné zákony neposkytují další práva platná i přes toto omezení, můžete software používat jen tak, jak je výslovně uvedeno v této smlouvě. Přitom musíte dodržovat veškerá technická omezení v softwaru, která vám umožňují jej používat jen určitými způsoby. Nesmíte:

•obcházet žádná technická omezení v softwaru;

•zpětně analyzovat, dekompilovat nebo rozkládat software;

•vytvářet více kopií softwaru, než je uvedeno v této smlouvě;

•umožnit kopírování softwaru jiným osobám;

•pronajímat ani půjčovat software;

•používat software pro komerční služby pro hostování softwaru.
